Nothing about Coleslaw sounds appetizing. Cabbage? Gross. Slaw? What the heck is slaw anyway? Cole? Same. But a quick google search shows that Coleslaw comes from the Dutch word "koosla". So what you say? I'll tell you what. "Kool" means Cabbage and "Sla" means Salad. Amazing right? Kinda makes you want to make some Coleslaw, am I right? Check my recipe that I adapted from 


1 Cabbage
4 Carrots
6 Radishes
1/2 Onion
1/2 c. Mayonaise
1/3 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Milk
1/4 c. Buttermilk
2 tbsp. Vinegar
Juice of Half a Lemon
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Use a food processor to shred all the veggies. Be careful, just one Cabbage will produce a huge quantity of shredded Cabbage. Mix everything together and shake the heck out of it to make it truly mixed. Then let it sit in the fridge overnight and enjoy.
